1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Quickvalue ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Quickvalue website and all associated services, including but not limited to appliance pickup, valuation, and payment services.

By accessing our website, submitting a pickup request, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Quickvalue provides a platform that enables individuals and organisations to sell their old, unused, and scrap household appliances and electronics. Our core services include:

• Online submission of appliance details and price enquiries
• Doorstep pickup of eligible appliances across Gujarat
• Fair and transparent valuation of submitted items
• Instant or same-day payment upon successful pickup
• Bulk pickup arrangements for housing societies, institutions, and offices
• Eco-friendly recycling and responsible disposal of collected items

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident or operating within the state of Gujarat, India
• You must be the rightful owner of the item(s) you wish to sell, or have explicit authorisation from the owner
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting a request
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law

4. Pickup & Valuation

When you submit a pickup request through our platform, you agree to the following:

• The information provided about the item (brand, model, condition) must be accurate and truthful.
• Final valuation is subject to physical inspection of the item at the time of pickup and may differ from the initial online estimate.
• Our pickup agent has the right to reject items that significantly differ from their described condition, are incomplete, or missing essential parts/accessories.
• You must ensure the item is accessible and ready for collection at the agreed time and address.
• A nominal service/convenience fee may apply for doorstep pickup, which will be communicated to you in advance.
• Pickup slots are subject to availability and are confirmed on a best-effort basis.
• Quickvalue reserves the right to reschedule or cancel pickups due to operational constraints, with prior notice wherever possible.

5. Payments

Quickvalue aims to process payments promptly and securely. The following payment terms apply:

• Payment is made after the item has been collected and inspected by our pickup agent.
• Payment is processed via UPI, bank transfer, or other digital payment methods as agreed.
• The final payment amount will be the value confirmed at the time of physical inspection and accepted by you before the item is collected.
• Once you accept the final offer and the item is collected, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.
• Quickvalue is not responsible for delays in payment due to banking system issues or incorrect account details provided by the user.
• Any applicable service charges or deductions will be disclosed clearly before the transaction is finalised.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Submit items that are stolen, counterfeit, or obtained through unlawful means
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself or the items you wish to sell
• Use our platform to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or deception
• Attempt to manipulate valuations by misrepresenting item condition or specifications
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any Quickvalue employee, pickup agent, or representative
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of our website or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our system or user data

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quickvalue website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Quickvalue and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
• The Quickvalue name, logo, and brand are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickvalue shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruption or errors
• Damage to or loss of your item during pickup due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Inaccuracies in online valuation estimates (as these are indicative only and subject to physical inspection)
• Third-party websites linked from our platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid to you in your most recent transaction with us.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, you agree to the following process:

• Step 1 – Contact Us: Raise your concern by emailing support@quickvalue.in or calling us. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 working days.
• Step 2 – Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation.
• Step 3 – Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and governed by the laws of India.

10. Termination

Quickvalue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We reasonably believe your actions are harmful to other users or to Quickvalue
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected in connection with your account or request

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
